Anam Chara (cara) meaning ’soul friend’ is a centre for counselling, psychotherapy and wellness in Aberdeen and Inverurie, Scotland. Our ethos is to help you live your life to its fullest potential, enabling you to live a fuller, more meaningful life.Whether you’re dealing with the past, facing up to the present or looking to the future, we offer a space where you will be supported to explore your experience without being judged.
We will help you to look at how you think and feel, and find a way of living that is right for you.
We offer confidential, Person Centred Counselling and psychotherapy in a relaxing therapeutic environment.
