About Existing to Living
As an integrative therapist I work with clients to promote change and resolution from their issues. By providing a confidential and non judgemental space alongside training as well as experience in a variety of modalities (ways of working) I can work with each client in an individual way. My personal approach is warm, compassionate, genuine and realistic. Clients frequently report feeling safe and heard.I have worked in private practice for over 4 years, working with adults and young people on an individual basis. My case load spans from stress and anxiety through to ritual abuse. I work as a Consultant Counsellor for KADE Consultancy (EAP), I also work with STAR (Surviving Trauma After Rape) as well as working in High Schools within the area.
Access to Counselling:
Although my preferred method of counselling is face to face. There are times when this is just not possible so counselling can be accessed with me in the following ways;

Rate per session:
£40.00 per 1 hour session
£50.00 per 1 hour and 30min session
** Reduction on rate considered for those struggling with genuine hardship
Quick Change Therapy Rate:
£800.00 1 week intensive therapy (details to follow shortly)
