EXPERIENCE:
I have many years experience of helping others with emotional and psychological difficulties in both GP Surgeries and Private Practice.
Many of us go through difficult times during our lives and this can make us feel stressed, anxious, depressed, snappy and unable to sleep or eat.
I provide counselling for those who experience anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, childhood sexual abuse, bullying, relationship difficulties, parenting issues, somatic pain, trauma, suicidal thoughts and feelings, loss of direction, post traumatic stress, personality issues, OCD behaviours...
APPOINTMENTS & AVAILABILITY:
I understand that the pace of life that we live doesn’t always make it easy to attend appointments at conventional times. Therefore I offer evening and weekend appointments as well as the usual Monday to Fridays. If you work shifts or need to meet me around school times, please just let me know, I am very willing to find a suitable time and day for you.
FEES:
I provide counselling in comfortable, tranquil consulting rooms in Gretna and Carlisle. I also offer a FREE 30 minute telephone consultation if you would prefer this. Alternatively you can book a 60 minute session with me in either Carlisle or Gretna for £40.00.
I also offer 30 minute sessions for £20.00 - please ask for further details.
