I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and experienced Play Therapist, who is committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work individually with both adults and children on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I am also a trained couples & relationship counsellor and work with clients seeking to change their relationships.

I offer and facilitate support groups for women suffering with Post or Ante Natal Depression in addition to individual counselling.

I am also able to offer Therapeutic Play Therapy where necessary.

I am experienced in helping clients who have difficulties including but not limited to:

Stress, Relationships, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Bereavement, Redundancy,Depression,
Post & Ante Natal Depression,Low Self Esteem or Self Confidence, Anger, Grief, Domestic Violence, Abuse - sexual, physical or emotional

My training, work experience and any achievement: I am a qualified Counsellor with a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling.

I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

I am an experienced Play and Art Therapist working with children up to the age of 11 years.

In addition I am also a trained Bereavement Counsellor currently working for a Bereavement Counselling Service

I have many years experience as a telephone supporter/counsellor for
APNI (The Association of Post Natal Illness)
I offer general counselling and I have a particular interest in Post & Ante-Natal Depression.

I understand how difficult it can be when on a Counselling Course, and therefore offer concessional fees to counselling students.

My consulting room is located in Edgware, Middlesex (North West London).

I am committed to ongoing personal development and have ongoing personal supervision.
