I am a fully qualified, registered and experienced Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Life Coach. I am able to help you with a wide range of problems including:
- overcoming habits (like smoking and nail-biting)
- psychological problems (like stress, anxiety, confidence issues, fears and phobias)
- some physical problems that may have a psychological aspect (like migraine, IBS and CFS/ME)
- or perhaps you are looking for a new direction in life but are not quite sure what to do or how to approach it
My training, work experience and any achievement
I Have been in full time practice since Jan 2007, as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Life Coach in Sanderstead, South Croydon, Surrey (Greater London). I am an Accredited Supervisor of Hypnotherapy with the APHP, and am Co-Principal of a hypnotherapy training school in Brighton (EICH Brighton Ltd). I am also the Ethics Officer on the Board of the APHP, and am a Co-Administrator of the NRPC (National Register of Pyschotherapists and Counsellors).I have diplomas in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy (DHP), Advanced Hypnoanalytic Therapy, Advanced Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Dip.CBH), and Supervision. I also have Specialisation Diplomas in working with CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and Psychosexual Disorders, and specialist training in the use of hypnotherapy with High Blood Pressure (Hypertension), IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and Alcohol Abuse.
I am a Licensed Hypno-Band Weight Loss System™ Practitioner, a Certified Hypnotension Practitioner, a Registered SymbioDynamics® Consultant and LifeMapper® Life Coach and I continually attend workshops and classes in order to keep my skills up t odate..
