I and my colleagues operate out of a number of centres offering safe, friendly and confidential counselling and psychotherapy to deal with the various life issues that we all can face. This can result in us, for example, becoming stressed, anxious, depressed or angry. Autonomy Counselling and Psychotherapy and Clear thinking are well established counselling and psychotherapy services based in the centre of Chester and Liverpool.
They are run by a number of counsellors/psychotherapists with a wide range of experience.
Here at Autonomy Counselling and Psychotherapy and Clear Thinking Counselling Liverpool we aim to provide a safe and confidential environment to explore emotional issues, such as work related stress, the breakdown of a relationship, or dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Experienced lecturer on counselling and psychotherapy courses I deliver internationally recognized or individually tailored courses/workshops on mental health covering basic understanding of anxiety, depression, self harm, suicide, and a much more in depth look at disorders. Courses are also available on evaluation systems such as CORE.
