About InTouch Counselling and Psychotherapy
We believe that everyone has the ability to heal themselves, but are often unable to understand the whole issue and its impact on other areas of life or where to begin the unraveling. It is our aim to help facilitate this.We tailor our approach to each individual using a predominantly person centered approach, moving at your pace within a non-judgmental and empathetic environment. We can also use cognitive approaches and psychodynamics when called for and in agreement with you, the client.
We understand that you may feel apprehensive about taking this step and that is why we aim to always provide a supportive, safe environment which can enable you to find solutions and move towards a happier future.
Fees:
Counselling & Psychotherapy £40.
Clinical Hypnotherapy £50.
Unfortunately due to the high volume of clients requiring therapy we do have to charge for missed appointments or those cancelled without 24 hours notice.
Fees are reviewed annually
