I believe in the power of a flexible, trusting counselling relationship as a way of talking through issues to make better sense of what’s happening and regain control in life.
I offer an empathetic , non-judgmental, caring environment in which to explore life’s problems and find a way to move forward.
Together in the counselling room we can find a way to gain insights about your current distress and deal with it in a patient and timely fashion, taking our time to understand what has brought you here now.

PGDip in Psychodynamic Therapeutic Counselling, Brighton UniversityBA in Counselling Psychology, Guatemala City, Guatemala

I have been practicing in both short and long term counselling for the past ten years both in Guatemala and England, so have experience in counselling and psychotherapeutic interventions in both spanish and english.
I have also been working with learning disabilities and autistic adults for the past five years.
I also have experience with skype and telephone counselling, hoping to hear from clients around the world.
