Welcome to Insightz Clinical Hypnotherapy which covers Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding rural areas.

Using a variety of cutting edge therapeutic techniques (Inc. EFT, CBT, EMDR, NLP) we can melt away the blocks that have been standing between you and the life you want.

Trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis in London and achieved their:
Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH)
Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychoanalysis (DHP)
Master Clinical Hypnotherapist (MCH)
also have attained the NLP Practitioners Certification and EFT Practitioner Certification.
Having an ex forces background has led to a speciality in Psychological Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I travel to see you and deliver your therapy in the comfort of your own home or place of your choosing. As hypnosis is essentially a heightened state of focussed relaxation, undertaking therapy utilising hypnotic techniques in your own is highly beneficial.
