About Gayle Grainger Counselling Ltd

Hello and welcome! My name is Gayle and I am a fully qualified, professional counsellor working in Bourne, Lincolnshire. I am passionate about counselling and about the benefits talking therapies can provide to people suffering with mental distress brought about by difficult events, relationships and experiences in their life. I provide both short term and long term face to face counselling and seek to provide a safe and trusting environment where you can feel relaxed and at ease to explore the difficulties you are currently facing.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and member of the United Kingdom of Counselling & Psychotherapy. I hold full professional indemnity insurance and hold an enhanced CRB certificate. I am trained as an integrative counsellor meaning I integrate more than one theoretical approach into my work with clients allowing me to draw upon on a range of teachings in order to best support my clients needs.

The counselling sessions I provide are face to face, one to one sessions for adults.

I am available to see clients on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

My session times on these days are: 10am-10:50am, 11am-11:50, 12:30pm-1:20pm, 1:30pm-2:20pm

All sessions, including the first session, are charged at £30.

Concession rates of £25 per session are available for counselling students.

All fees are to be paid by cash or cheque at the end of each session.
