About Resilient Mindset Counselling, Coaching and Consultancy
Life isn’t always fair, and isn’t always easy.
Sometimes you need help to bounce back.
What I offer is help in coping with whatever situation that is causing you concern,
whether its an accident, assault or injury, illness, bereavement, divorce or separation ...
or it might be that you need support to deal with a situation at work, with your partner or children.
Sometimes our response to situations leads to an increase in anxiety and or depression, which seems to make the whole situation worse.
I work with you in whatever way is appropriate, however, I do find that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can be helpful in managing your mood, and helping put you back in control of your own life. My role is to help you be your own therapist.
I work in a collaborative way, and encourage you to practise what you learn in the session between times.
