MASSAGE
The art of massage has been practiced since ancient times in many countries and it is one of the most popular form of keeping healthy today. Oil massage nourishes the heart and calms the mind, it gives elasticity to the muscles and ligaments and strengthens the bones.
Massage relaxes body, breaks stagnation along its surface; it is used as a form of natural therapy for various health problems and to maintain well-being.
REIKI
This healing technique is based on the principle that the whole world is made up of energy, energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. This life force, known as ‘Ki’ in Japan, ‘Chi’ in China and ‘Prana’ in India, nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions.
When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being. When this flow of life force is disrupted, it causes diminished function in one or more of the organs and tissues of the physical body.
