About Corinne Alexander

I offer acupuncture and reflexology. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and am bound by strict codes of professional conduct and safe practice. I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Acupuncture can be used to treat many conditions and for information on scientific research for various conditions, please refer to the British Acupuncture website www.acupuncture.org.uk.

NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellent) recommend acupuncture for lower back pain, migraines and tension type headaches.

Reflexology is a therapy that helps can help to alleviate stress and thus the symptoms of stress which can manifest in many conditions.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I trained at the College of Traditional Acupuncture in Warwick which affiliated with Oxford Brooke’s University, to offer a three year degree course in Acupuncture. I gained a First BA (Hons) degree in Traditional Acupuncture.

I continue to study acupuncture as part of Continuing Professional Development and have done further studies in acupuncture for fertility, obstetrics, musculoskeletal issues, back pain, depression and cosmetic acupuncture,

For reflexology I studied at The Academy of Reflexology in Northampton to NVQ Level 3. I have also undertaken further training in reflexology for fertility issues.
