About The Holistic Health Centre

Nikki is a fully qualified practitioner working from The Holistic Health Centre, a small and friendly complementary health care clinic, established in 2001, and currently offering acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional therapy and food intolerance testing.

In a village location, the Holistic Health Centre is situated on the Main Street in Cottesmore, between the church and the post office and free parking is usually available directly outside. There is disabled access to the clinic and disabled facilities.

Nikki is able to help patients with most general health problems. She is commonly consulted for painful conditions, such as back pain or joint pain, sports injuries or strains, sciatica, stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, digestive problems such as irritable bowel syndrome and menstrual problems such as painful periods or heavy periods, or simply to maintain good health, vitality and wellbeing.

Her extensive training allows her to combine the holistic approach of traditional Chinese medicine with a Western scientific background. Acupuncture treatment can be combined with herbal medicine or nutritional and lifestyle advice where required.
