Naturopathy, Nutritional Therapy and Reflexology

Naturopathy - working with your personal needs to develop a treatment plan that will include dietary and lifestyle changes, possibly nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, tissue salts, flower essences and reflexology. Our practitioner is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist and Reflexology, a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and AoR (Association of Reflexologists).

My training, work experience and any achievement

All our acupuncturists qualified from the College of Traditional Acupuncture (Warwickshire) after three years’ training. They each have a Licentiate in Acupuncture and honours degree (BA) in Traditional Acupuncture accredited by Oxford Brookes. The BA (Hons) degree is validated by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board BAAB.

Our acupuncturists are all members of the British Acupuncture Council and therefore bound by their codes of safety and ethics. She carries full professional indemnity, and public liability insurance cover. The clinic premises are licenced by Bedford Borough Council. Each acupuncturist and our premises are licensed by Bedford Borough Council to carry out acupuncture at the Shaftesbury Clinic.
