Meanwhile, a 2010 study by Spanish researchers found that patients with recurring tension headaches demonstrated reduction in stress and fewer symptoms after a thirty-minute massage. 

Water

Dehydration could spur many symptoms, including headache. Make sure you are drinking enough fluids all throughout the day, instead of downing a glass or two only during meals.
