Sandra is an experienced, fully qualified counsellor / psychotherapist, with a wide experience in helping resolve the challenges we all face. Therapy is provided in a caring, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
Sandra is experienced in dealing with a variety of issues including, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Depression, Work issues, Relationships, Suicidal ideation, Self harm and Bereavement.

My training, work experience and any achievement
BSc (Hons) counselling and psychotherapy, Diploma in counselling.
For the last number of years Sandra has dealt with and helped many clients across a range of issues, including, anxiety, panic attacks, conflict resolution, depression, suicide ideation, self harm, bereavement and loss, LGBT, low self esteem, relationships, work related issues and client family support and has extensive experience of dealing with adolescents and teenagers as well as adults.
As well as a private practise I have been a therapist with Pieta House for the last four years.
Sandra starting training to be a counsellor in 2006 with PCI college in Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
After graduating with a diploma in counselling in 2010, she completed a degree in counselling and psychotherapy and was awarded a BSc (Hons) by Middlesex university in 2011.
After completing 400 hours of counselling Sandra became a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) in 2013.
