About Future Footprints Well-being Life Coaching
A warm welcome...
Firstly, welcome. My name is Hannah Tidcombe (BABS, MAC) and I’m a qualified Wellbeing Life Coach. This is often the first step...searching for the right Wellbeing Life Coach or Counsellor that suits you and your needs.
Making contact with a Wellbeing Life Coach or Counsellor can feel a bit overwhelming, but let me reassure you that I am an approachable, positive, affirming, non judgemental, warm person who will support you wherever you are on your journey.
If you are looking for someone to walk besides you, challenge you, support you, help you to reflect, make decisions and move forward with purpose, then Wellbeing Life Coaching could be for you.
A little more about me….
I have been a qualified Wellbeing Life Coach since 2013 and combine these skills with over 19 years of ‘Listening’ training & experience (Samaritans, Victim Support, Pastoral Care, Adoption Coach, Women’s ‘Freedom Course’ and Disability Advocate).
I have worked with a number of clients on a wide variety of topics. These include, seeking direction in life, decision making, gaining confidence/self esteem, managing stress/anxiety/depression/trauma and working through complex relationship issues. I particularly specialise in coping with infertility, the adoption process, parenting and dealing with childhood trauma (I have 16 years experience of adopting 3 children with additional needs). However, I’m confident in all areas of Life Coaching and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
I hope this gives you an idea of the type of Wellbeing Life Coach that I am, but please do contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you (contact me).
Best wishes, Hannah Tidcombe (BABS, MAC)

Are you ready to make changes to your life?
We often juggle many roles and responsibilities, and as a result, some areas of our lives get more attention than others and this imbalance can cause unhappiness, stress and incongruence. Is it time to take a step back, reflect upon past experiences, unpick unhealthy patterns of behaviour, refocus and bring about positive change?
There has been much more emphasis on Wellbeing during the last few years. Taking time for yourself is the best investment you will ever make. Whether its past trauma, current difficulties or future concerns, your wellbeing and ability to cope with it all is vitally important. Perhaps you feel you need a safe, confidential space to simply
"be you"...then this may be exactly what you need right now.
