My training, work experience and any achievement
Judith Desbonne the owner has over 25 years experience in the mental health sector with experience with working with adults, children and young people, women survivors of domestic abuse and ethnic minority groups.
I initally trained as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RMN) before completing the Human Givens Diploma and Advanced Diploma. (Adv HG.Dip.P).
I have also completed the Human Givens college supervision training course.
The Human Givens approach is a talking treatment that uses a combination of up-to-date, effective techniques that include relaxation and visualisation.
Primarily we focus on the current difficulties that you are having and how you would like your future to be.
There is no need for you to give details about your past or to discuss traumatic events that you do not want to talk about.
Basically the Human Givens approach is tailored to the needs of the individual rather than working to a strict model.
By working in this way we can assist you to overcome any difficulties that you may have in as short a time as possible.
