My path led me into natural health, nutrition and stress management after a series of stressful events took place in my life from the age of 28. With low energy and high stress levels it inspired me to make changes I thought would be impossible. I now have low stress levels and increased energy, feeling younger and better than ever.
What I offer:
PERSONAL 1-2-1 CONSULTATIONS to inspire you to make healthy changes which will empower and bring some sparkle to your life. It is about making simple healthy changes to achieve magical results.
HEALTHY EATING WORKSHOPS and 1-2-1 COOKING COACHING - dine & learn experiences that will enable you to see what healthy alternatives you could incorporate to bring maximum energy and vitality into your life. You will get to eat the foods too so it will be very experiential and enjoyable so you will feel empowered to use ingredients and foods that will promote better health. In the healthy eating workshops there are small numbers making it an intimate group to share and learn.
All workshops and 1-2-1 cooking sessions include foods that are gluten free, vegan, dairy free and sugar free, suitable for coeliacs, diabetics and anyone wanting more energy and healing. Includes full meal & ideas for a better quality of life.
Learn about foods to increase energy, promote well being, prevent and heal illness, balance weight and glow with health and happiness. Healing for mind, body & soul. Details from the workshop/session are e-mailed with recipes and health information.
CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMMES
For corporate health days I am available to speak to employees about their health issues at a stand/table, on a more informal basis, and bring healthy snacks, foods and information.
Interactive talks/sessions can last anything from 1 hour to several hours.
Corporate Group Sessions – learning about healthy steps to find out what is right for each individual to acheive a better quality of life.
Tasting table – with healthy snacks, breakfasts or lunches/meals for staff to come and taste at a time to suit and chat about their personal health issues.
