About Chris HolmesBA(Hons) SQHP HPD DipCAH MNCH
Since launching Central Hypnotherapy in August of 2000, I have personally helped thousands of clients achieve their goals. Like many people, I had always been curious about hypnosis but my real interest in hypnotherapy developed after studying the fascinating teachings of French psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan during postgraduate studies at university.
My initial hypnotherapy training was with the respected Washington School of Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis, gaining their Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis (DipCAH) in 2000. I remain committed to ongoing professional development and still enjoy taking further training courses in various aspects of hypnotherapy and related subjects whenever time allows, as well as teaching on courses myself. My guiding principle is the belief that becoming a true master of the art of hypnotherapy is a lifelong commitment.
Central Hypnotherapy Training and Publishing (CHTP) started in 2008, and has now developed into a personal tutoring and professional mentoring service, through which I pass on to dedicated individuals the knowledge and expertise I have acquired from the last eleven years of practical hypnotherapy experience. There is nothing like having a personal tutor if you really want to excel, and this service is delivered with the professional assurance of my six years of lecturing experience in Higher Education (Manchester Metropolitan University 1993-1999).
