About Inner Balance Hypnotherapy
I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner and have been in practice since 2007. I am also an EFT practitioner and an Emotional Brain Training (EBT) coach.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern therapeutic approach that is significantly different from other forms of traditional hypnotherapy. Cognitive hypnotherapists use hypnosis and NLP in a way that speaks directly to the client’s unconscious mind to assist them in breaking unwanted habits and overcoming personal problems. I believe that there is no one way to treat all of life’s problems.
