About Leigh Karen Riley
I am an experienced Counsellor offering a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for Short and Long term counselling and guidance.
Counselling can offer you guidance, support and understanding. It can help you at times of transition, change and difficulty to know more about yourself and how you operate. Counselling can help you recognise patterns that no longer serve you, to make changes to and develop your potential. It can also work with deep rooted issues that are affecting your relationship with yourself and others.
I can offer you the opportunity to share your unique life story, struggles and issues. I am trained to enable you to explore your feelings and fears and just as importantly, your hopes, aspirations and values. I can offer you guidance to explore the obstacles to your personal growth and development, to help you discover your true self and to realise your own unique purpose and potential.
