About Lisa Maycock
I am an experienced, fully qualified and insured counsellor based in Godalming, Surrey with an Honours Degree in Integrative Counselling. I offer a warm, supportive, confidential counselling service for adults in a safe, confidential setting using a variety of models, including person-centred and Cognitive Behavourial Therapy (CBT).
Although my specialism is in Alcohol/Drug issues and addictions, I have a wide range of experience working with clients who have struggled with many other issues including depression, relationship issues, stress, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, self-harm, bereavement and general issues of low self-esteem or lack of confidence.
Short- or long-term counselling options are available to help you meet YOUR goals in therapy. The free initial consultation will allow you to describe what you hope to achieve. Together, we will determine the best way to reach your objectives and this will be adapted, as necessary, throughout our therapeutic relationship.
Please feel free to discuss the counselling process and any questions you may have prior to making a consultation appointment.
