Counselling and Psychotherapy are means of learning more about yourself and how you relate with others. In the safety of a professional, confidential and supportive relationship you can talk freely without fear of being judged or dismissed. We can explore the feelings, concerns, memories or images that are troubling you. The therapeutic process can enable you to gain more understanding and have a new perspective on your current challenges.
My training, work experience and any achievement
My name is Eliese. I am a qualified Person Centred counsellor & psychotherapist practicing in Warwickshire.
My personal experiences and training have given me a broad understanding of life and humanity. I have gained experience in general counselling within GP surgeries and an agency which offers bereavement support.
My areas of professional interest include; abuse, bereavement, depression, hoarding, loss and trauma of war.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP Framework for good practice and professional code of conduct procedure. I am committed to a confidential, non-judgemental and respectful approach, showing empathy, competence and sincerity whilst supporting my clients in finding their way through life changes.

The focus and aim of counselling or psychotherapy is for you to become more in touch with your feelings, emotions and experiencing. My approach is tailored to your needs. We may consider your current difficulties in the context of past influences and experiences, exploring your childhood, significant relationships, beliefs and responses. By making sense of the past and gaining insight into your current situation, you may be able to recognize choices available to you and make changes now and in the future.

- Psychotherapy: £40/session
Special Online Booking Offers
Initial meeting fee is £25
Individual face to face counselling fees are £40.00 per session.
Telephone counselling fees are £30.00 per session.
Anything you tell me will be kept private, unless you or someone else is in immediate danger, full details of confidentiality will be discussed when we meet.
Duration of all sessions = 60 minutes. All sessions are by appointment only.
Format: Short term and long term. Clientele: Adults 18+ years.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or Paypal.
A minimum of 24 working hours notice is required for cancellations of sessions otherwise full payment is required.
Free car park available.
Home visits can be arranged, for anyone unable to travel or would prefer the comfort of their own home.
