About Julie Hills Counsellor / psychotherapist
A confidential, warm and non judgemental space for you to share and explore your thoughts and feelings, which can lead to greater self awareness and understanding to enable you to make positive changes.I believe our experience of childhood shapes our adult lives and my work is also informed by my life experience and all the challenges that life brings.
My style is integrative and I work with aspects of these approaches.
• Psychodynamic ( exploring past experiences and childhood )
• CBT ( changing negative thought patterns into positives )
• Humanistic ( person centred, individual needs )
