Many of us suffer from low mood, stress or other psychological issues from time to time when things may be difficult or life isn’t going the way we expected.Sometimes this stress is accompanied by physical symptoms and our behaviour can also be affected, which may be why you are seeking help.
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working in Glasgow. I work in GP practices both in the East End and South side of Glasgow and have dealt with a great variety of issues.
I provide a welcoming, safe, secure and confidential environment where clients can explore their individual issues through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Together we can identify what is troubling you and find ways of overcoming these issues.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have a great deal of experience working in primary care, working one to one with clients who have a variety of issues . I have also worked in a community drug rehabilitation unit proving one to one counselling and group work .
I have an MA and a post Graduate Diploma in CBT and Groupwork and have completed an advanced clinical skills course.
My background is originally HR and I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
