Talking about personal things which are private and upsetting can be immensely difficult. My training enables me to help you share whatever troubles you are experiencing, even when they are ’unformed’ and you feel that you don’t have the right words.

Special Online Booking Offers
I do not operate a booking service online.
You may contact me by text, phone or email and the same special offer applies, as follows.
I discount the first session by £20 for both individuals and couples (Mon-Fri daytime only). This allows you to test the water - perhaps you would like to know more about counselling or perhaps you want to be sure that I am someone you are able talk to. There is no obligation to continue.
Otherwise sessions Mon-Fri are £50 for individuals and £65 for couples and I offer a full hour. This compares to a typical counselling session of 50 minutes.
Weekend sessions are £60 individuals and £75 couples per hour.
Concessions are available where there is a genuine financial need.
Fantastic experience with a brilliantly talented counsellor. I’ve had poor experiences with counsellors in the past, because as soon as it becomes clear they are not my intellectual equal, the jig is up. This time was different. Julie is clever, intuitive, empathetic, adaptable and imaginative. She mixes various styles and threads of counselling therapy to suit the individual, and in my case found a mix that worked out very well for me. In around 12 weekly sessions and a further four monthly sessions, I was taken from a pretty bad place to the most robust and positive state of mental health I’ve ever known.
