About A Good Place
My approach is open, practical, straightforward and supportive. When you are experiencing difficulties - your life might seem to be going nowhere, or a long term problem is overwhelming - then Counselling might help. I am an experienced practitioner with experience working in GP Surgeries, Staff Counselling Services, Occupational Health as well as in Private Practice.
Please contact me on 01305 855767 or email@example.com if you want to find out more about:
Stress, anxiety or feeling depressed
Dealing with conflict at home or at work
Bereavement and loss
But everyone is different and everyone will have their own reasons for contacting me. It may be something specific or it may be something that’s much more general and often difficult to explain, such as:
Making changes in your life
Coping with a single problem, or with many
Finding ways to deal with a very specific problem
Feeling confused or upset by people or situations
Understanding your feelings
Having too many choices or having no options at all
Our sessions together are held in a safe and supportive environment. I don’t judge people and I don’t use "psycho-jargon" . I explain things openly and honestly and I help you to understand what is happening. My aim is to support you and to help you make positive changes in your life, changes you are comfortable with and that will help you deal with future problems or issues.
I believe that quality counselling is an incredibly effective way to help people enjoy their lives and their relationships and to cope with what life throws at us.
