I have suffered from low self esteem for as long as I can remember (childhood) and it has held me back all my life. I am now 39 and suffer terrible anxiety and have M.E/CFS which I am really? struggling with at the moment and it’s getting me very down. I am currently having CBT therapy which I find helpful but I’m desperate to overcome all these issues as I feel they have taken over my life and are making me deeply unhappy. I believe that the low self esteem is the root cause of the anxiety which in turn caused the M.E/CFS as it all uses up precious energy. I have recently had to disclose my M.E and anxiety struggles with the HR department of my employer who have been very supportive and I had to drop some hours due to battling the M.E. It was my HR rep that had told me she had had hypnotherapy for some struggles she was having and says it has really helped her and she cannot recommend it enough. I would be extremely grateful if you could contact me to either arrange an appointment to discuss this further or send me some further details please.
