Good afternoon,
I have bitten my nails for as long as I can remember with a few occasions where I have been able to stop slightly. I’m now 21 and getting to the point where high stress situations leave me barely being able to use my hand due to the pain of how badly i’ve bitten. It’s completely obsessive and I usually bite until I bleed. I have actually removed the full nail on a few fingers on some occasions.
Is this something you could help me with and if so at what cost?
