Detailed Description	:	Hello :-) I am looking for a hypnotherapist to help with my fear of flying. I am not nervous on the weeks/days running upto the flight, but at boarding, and when sat on the plane awaiting take off, I cry ,hyperventilate and generally have no control although I do eventually calm down, any slight turbulance, different noise etc..anything and it happens again. I have tried mediction from the Drs which doesnt help, I am unable to sleep very well to try and get through it.. Alcohol will work sometimes, however not always and not for long haul or flight changes as I obvioulsy can’t get too drunk or I wont be allowed on my second flight. I also read on your bio you deal with posture, It wasn’t something I thought about as a thearpy however I d o have poor posture and it makes me feel very self concious //although it may be a viscious cycle as I seem to look at the floor/ down to avoid eye contact or try avoid people which in turn makes me hunch over I think Are either of these two things something you could help me with ?
