Detailed Description : Hi, I suffer with Anxiety and have been told that hypnotherapy is a great help. I have it constantly through the day and best in the evening then have major troubles sleeping. I am on 20mg of citalopram for it since February Is this something you can help with? I just want to feel myself again. Thank you
