Hi there, I am looking for someone who has experience with hypnotherapy with people with anorexia, I am 43 and battled on and off now for ten years, I have had cognitive therapy although it has been more doused on my gaining weight mire than resolving why I control my eating the way I’d do, I am extremely under weight at 6 stone and I don,t want to go to the day care or residential the eating disorder team want I have been in hospital a few times for emergency treatment, I know it stems from my childhood, which I have buried emotions for years as this only surfaced ten years ago, when I went through a traumatic experience. However through my marriage and having two children now adults, did not have any problems.
