Detailed Description	:	Hi i would be interested in booking an appointment with yourself for hypnotherapy, it would have to be a home visit though as i have been unable to leave my house since January this year. I have agoraphobia, depression, anxiety, depression amongst other mental health and non-mental health problems that i face during a daily basis. If you could get back me asap that would be great.
