Detailed Description	:	Evening I am struggling with stress and anxiety which is linked to work and not being in control (was previously a Head of a primary school and now working for Local Authority, which is very different). This is then caused with binge eating. I also compete in Fitness Model Comps & X-training Comps, I am competitive and therefore struggle when I am not in shape or doing well in my job, I like to feel I am making a difference and succeeding. When I am stressed, I comfort eat and don’t feel in control of the situation which is linked to work. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss further.
