I need help with an underlying emotional state. I’m struggling with the loss of my mum a few years ago and she was poorly before that. I can’t seem to say the things I say I bottle everything up and Iv recently lost my partner of 7 years due to this. I want to be able to say how I feel but for some reason I just keep everything bottled up and am moody and I never used to be like this. I want to be my happy self again. Please help me.
