Hi there,
It’s hard to some up what’s going on here but I’ll try my best. I guess my emotional outbursts are something that I have trouble controlling and that ultimately ruin my relationships. I then have such issues with guilt that I get very depression. I suffer from bizarre impulsive desires which I am struggling to grasp and over power. It is very hard to get help as I am so up and down and when I am ok, I forget completely what it is like to not be. The bad days have recently been more common that the good ones and I really want help to seek balance before I ruin everything that is dear to me.
