Detailed Description : Hi I live in Ludlow. I’ve suffered from GAD for over 20 years, and depression for the last 4 since being asked to leave my marital home. I’m lonely, often bed-ridden/frozen with fear, and feel very guilty about not having worked for the last 3 years. I have just rung Shropshire crisis team, and they’ve recommended CBT, though someone else recommended hypnotherapy. I’m in a real quandry, frustrated, guilty, anxious, and very low. I’ve been put on some waiting list for CBT via the NHS, but it could take an eternity until I’m seen. Can you help? One of my anxieties includes not leaving my phone on, so email may be best. Thanks
