Detailed Description : Hi, Just wondering about using your service. I have been unemployed since September with Anxiety / depression. I had approximately 10 counselling sessions previously through CareCall. I also completed stress management through Belfast trust and saw a CPN for a few sessions now discharged. I completed Health Visitor training last year, was due to start a job and became unwell. Currently I am due to return to work and am feeling like the racing thoughts are starting again. Kind Regards
