Detailed Description : Hi I am looking for some advice about seeking counselling. I have thought about this for a while and an initial conversation would be helpful to understand if the therapy you offer would be helpful for me. I haven’t suffered bereavement, or serious mental health or depression - I am just finding life a bit tough right now for several reasons and believe that by talking it through with someone neutral and experienced would be good for me.
