Detailed Description	:	I am enquiring as to whether you would be willing to make an appointment with my seventeen year old daughter. We have been advised by her dietician to see a cognitive behaviour therapist due to recently being diagnosed with IBS. After seeing the dietician it is clear Casey has some issues with food. She has anxiety and has suffered in the past with severe panic attacks. We have been advised that seeing a therapist may be able to find the root of the problem and help Casey move forward.
