About Cotswold Hypnotherapy Cheltenham
My name is Bobby and as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist I get a huge thrill from helping people to change their lives for the better. I run two busy practices, one of which is in Cirencester at the Cirencester Hypnotherapy and Health Centre based in the main high street of the Cotswold town and at the family mediation centre based in Cheltenhams busy town centre.As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist I enjoy helping people make positive improvements within their lives. The use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and hypnosis allows the client to make these positive changes within a short period of time.
I live with my family in Cirencester and I am involved with the community, visiting schools to give talks to help the future generation enjoy their lives to the fullest. I’m a very friendly, positive person and you will feel at ease from start to finish.
I offer an initial consultation, during this time I will explain how hypnosis works and how it can help. This gives you opportunity to decide if the treatment is right for you. This is around 60 minutes where we can have an informal chat and you can ask any questions you may have.

I studied under the Senior Lecturer and Chairman for the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy graduating at the highly accredited Clifton Practise in Bristol which is the top hypnotherapy training school in England. My training is ongoing as medical research and neuroscience advances which means I am at the forefront of brain-based therapy.

Special Online Booking Offers
Initial Consultation - We can discuss the process and you can ask any questions giving you an informed choice as to whether hypnosis is right for you and there is no obligation for you to book further sessions. Hypnosis will not take place during this initial session.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Sessions - £85 and will last 50-60 Minutes.
Relaxation Sessions - £30 and will last 50-60 minutes.
Quit Smoking Sessions - £175 and will last 120 minutes usually one session but this price includes a top-up session within 6 months if you feel you need it at some point.
Prices include a free hypnotherapy CD which helps with the process. Payment can be made at the end of each session.
