My life experience enables me to work very intuitively with you from a place of deep compassion and understanding. I also use techniques and tools that give lasting results, so only work with those that are fully committed to changing those areas of their life that they are not happy with.
I specialise in stress, anxiety, worry and panic AND low self-esteem, confidence issues, and low self-belief.
STRESS & ANXIETY is commonplace in our society. It’s true that some people experience more stress and anxiety than others, but there are also people who experience stress and are able to deal with it better.
After using these techniques YOU should:
- Become aware of how stress is created in your life
- Notice the patterns that you run that causes stress
- Learn how to stop these patterns dead in their tracks
- Learn how to create more healthy patterns that benefit you instead
LOW SELF-ESTEEM, BELIEF & CONFIDENCE
These feelings are generally formed in childhood and are reinforced by experiences throughout our life. We will work to find the root of the issue and use various techniques depending on how this issue came about. It’s a relatively easy and painless process.
After working with me YOU should:

- Experience re-programming of your mind without even trying
- Begin to recognise your own amazing worth and value

I worked in the NHS and Private practice for a total of 10 years, before developing M.E/CFS that left me bedbound and unable to talk or walk.
As this illness was not recognised as such by the medical profession I looked into more complimentary methods to help me recover. I trained in these methods to get me through the illness and all that being chronically ill for years brings with it. I also ended up dealing with all the trauma and experiences from the past that contributed to getting ill in the first place, as well as all the unhelpful and powerful thoughts and beliefs.
As I work very intuitively with each individual, this makes sure that we can use the best therapies to get the best results for you.

Theta Healing - Basic & Advanced
NLP - trained to Practitioner level (Just completing my Master/Practitioner)
Reiki - trained to Master/Practitioner level
