About Lalitaa Suglani

While the key for healing is found within us, it is sometimes hard to search for it alone. Exploring ways of being in the world, our history and patterns of behaviour with a therapist can be a useful way of searching for clarity. Traumatic events and loss in its various forms can affect us all in profoundly different ways. Being able to speak about your experiences in a confidential, respectful space where you can receive appropriate support can be vital for the healing process.

Provides a relaxed non judgmental approach. I felt at ease from the first session and able to share my difficulties when i was ready with no pressure. Lalitaa helped improve my mood and reduce current stressors. I am forever grateful.

It had been a difficult time for me for a while, and I knew I needed to seek some professional help. I felt like not only did others fail to understand me, but I was beginning to not understand myself and that honestly scared me. I was in a bad place and I could feel this turning into a daily battle with myself. I felt alone. One evening I was on the Internet searching for counsellors and I fortunately came across my counsellor Lalitaa’s profile and got in touch with her straight away. At my inital consultation I met my counsellor Lalitaa and she was very patient with me. She explored my questions thoroughly about the counselling process with how it worked, and I instantly felt at ease because most importantly it is all confidential. I instantly booked sessions with Lalitaa and every session brought something fruitful to me, and now I’m thankfully in a more stable position where I have learnt a lot about myself. That one meeting with my counsellor Lalitaa literally changed my life and I could not thank her enough for her continued support. I highly recommend Lalitaa and will personally continue working with her, she has been fantastic! I would like to emphasise to anyone going through a difficult patch that they are not alone, with counsellors like Lalitaa around, your life can change into a more positive direction.
