My name is Karuna Tohow.
I have am a Classically trained Homeopath and to this I have added other compatable skills and knowledge to assist clients reach all their health goals.
My clinic is on Sunshine Coast Queensland. It is a family based practice mainly mothers and children. I make myself available 6 days a week and am also available for emergency calls or house calls.
Over the years I have been amazed at how Homeopathy achieves results in treating emotional imbalances especially Depression, Anxiety and Panic attacks. I have also worked a lot with Asthma, Skin conditions, Irritable bowel syndrome and Dysbiosis.
I am able to follow consultations on Skype or Phone and enquiries are always welcomed.
In clinic I have a huge dispensary of Homeopathic medicines available to clients.
I teach parents Homeopathic first aid for family and pets as well as travellers remedies, birth and preganacy remedies, and preventative medicines [profilactics] when sensative children have adverse reactions to traditional immunizations and cannot tolerate them.
I also practice Live Blood Analysis which has proven helpfull in discovering underlying health problems before they fully develope. The blood sample is taken with only a finger prick of blood and then put under darkfield microscope which has a camera to project the images on a screen visable to client.. The developing issues become clear and once treated we can see within 6 weeks posative changes, which are confirmed by the clients sense of well being in most cases.

I have been working for over 20 years as a Homeopathic Doctor in Sydney, Brisbane and now Sunshine coast. I have a Diploma of Homeopathic Medicine and a Diploma in Bowen Therapy. I have studied also Ayurvedic herbs and lifestyle which is like Indian Naturopathy and am a certified Lifestyle practitioner. Ayurveda offers some wonderful time honored herbal formulas which I use in clinic. To this I have added the study and Analysis of Liveblood which is a valuable tool when health conditions seem puzzling.
I am skilled in diet, nutrition, healthy cooking and aware of food and environmental allergies. I can address allergies with Homeopathy whilst helping with dietry advice. During consultation I often give out some healthy and delicious recipes to make dietry changes simple.
My approach to clinic is personal and I tend to develope strong relationships with my clients that are now into the second generation. They sometimes say to me that they feel I am like the family doctors used to be.
With Homeopathy I am able to treat pets or animals of my clients and reduce the use of drugs and toxic medications..
My background before studying Natural Medicine was teaching meditation, relaxation and yoga. I lived and studied in India in an Academy of Yoga high in Himilayan mountains for several years to which I returned 17 times for ongoing work.. This study has allowed me the clarity of mind and focus to better develope my Natural medical practice but also I am able to offer advice and instruction in these areas if required.
